How do I know which size to order?
Use your current South African bra size or take two quick measurements at home (underbust + overbust).
Our bras expand up to 2 cup sizes, so they adapt beautifully through pregnancy and postpartum.

Go with the larger size.

Do the bras fit during pregnancy AND breastfeeding?
Yes!
They’re designed for the full journey, all three trimesters, breastfeeding, pumping and postpartum.
Do the bras have padding?
Yes — built-in padding that:
- shapes your bust
- evens out big-boob/small-boob days
- absorbs small leaks
- creates a smooth silhouette under clothing

How many Nursing bras do I really need ?
At least 3. 1 on the body, 1 in the bag and 1 in the wash.

No — the muslin fabric is incredibly lightweight and breathable.

We currently ship across South Africa, with nationwide delivery options.
International delivery coming soon.
How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
Can I exchange my bra if the size isn’t right?
For hygiene and safety reasons, bras are not eligible for returns or exchanges, even if you have just tried them tried on.
Bras are considered intimate wear, just like underwear, and cannot be resold once handled.

What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all bras are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please use our Find Your Fit guide or contact us for sizing help before ordering.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — refunds are processed for eligible items once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping fees may not be refundable depending on your policy.
