We understand that choosing lingerie online — especially during pregnancy and breastfeeding — can feel uncertain.

Because OVUM bras are intimate garments, we maintain strict hygiene standards while still offering a considered and supportive exchange process.

Maternity & Breastfeeding Bras

Our bras are designed with expandable cups and a matching extender to accommodate natural body changes. Most customers find their selected size fits comfortably using our Find Your Fit guide.

However, if your size is not quite right, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and original packaging must be intact

  • The exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, deodorant marks, or exposure to breast milk

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept bras that have been worn or washed.

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your exchange. We reserve the right to decline items that do not meet these conditions.

Tip: We recommend trying on bras over underwear or clothing and avoiding lotions, oils, or deodorant during fitting to ensure the item remains eligible for exchange.


Nursing Covers

Returns on nursing covers are accepted under the same conditions:

  • Unused and unwashed, and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Requested within 30 days of delivery

  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, deodorant marks, or exposure to breast milk

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer


Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as OVUM store credit, which can be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective.

Gift Returns

Items received as gifts may be returned for OVUM store credit, provided they meet our return conditions and fall within the applicable return window.

 

Faulty or Defective Items

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), customers are entitled to remedies where goods are defective, not as described, or unsuitable for their intended purpose within six (6) months of delivery.

If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect (and not damage resulting from wear, misuse, incorrect washing, or exposure to breast milk), OVUM Maternity will offer a replacement of the same item, subject to stock availability.

Where a replacement is not reasonably possible, an alternative remedy in accordance with applicable law will be provided.

We may request photographs and additional information to assess the issue before approving a return.

Colour Disclaimer

We do our best to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting during photography and differences in screen displays, colours may vary slightly from what you see on your device.


Before You Purchase

We strongly recommend reviewing our Find Your Fit guide before placing your order.

Every OVUM bra includes:

  • Expandable cups (adapting up to two sizes)

  • A matching extender for ribcage expansion

This built-in flexibility significantly reduces the need for size exchanges.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to exchange

  • The size requested

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

We will provide further instructions once your request has been reviewed.

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or sizing-related purchases. Exchanges are offered in accordance with the conditions above.
